A lifelong passion for sharing flavor
Raised in the vibrant neighborhoods of New Delhi, Inderjeet Singh grew up surrounded by the aromas of slow-simmered curries, sizzling tandoors, and the joyful bustle of Indian markets. In 1982, he made the journey to New York City with a suitcase full of family recipes and a mission to serve North Indian and Indian Chinese dishes with the same warmth he remembered from home.
Over the past forty years, Inder has plated meals for more than a million guests—whether serving regulars at the Tribeca restaurant, orchestrating wedding feasts for thousands, or catering celebrations in the halls of Fortune 500 offices. His kitchen has drawn everyone from cricket legends to NBA champions, and from Bollywood icons to Hollywood stars, all united by a love for bright, fresh spices and honest hospitality.
